Controls and Automation for Bottling Lines

Our control systems for bottling lines allow for the management of bottle detection and rejection (cap, filling level, capsule, labels, production batch) through intelligent and automated systems. This ensures that each bottle meets the required specifications before being packaged.

Cap and Filling Level Detection

The cap and liquid level sensor allows for monitoring the correct placement and filling level of each bottle with great efficiency. Additionally, the display with keypad provides simplified access to device settings, while the automatic ejection mechanism eliminates the need for operator intervention.

Capsule Control

The capsule control system detects the absence of a capsule and automatically ejects bottles without a capsule. The ejector eliminates the need for operator intervention.

Label Presence and Integrity Control, Batch Verification

The system verifies the presence of labels on each bottle and checks for integrity, alignment, and batch information using special cameras and an automatic recognition and processing system.

Automatic Ejector

The automatic ejector integrates with all controls and removes rejected bottles. When a certain number of rejected bottles is reached, the operator is notified to empty it.
